C@D Report

A somewhat remarkable day at Coffee At Dawn today. Justin burned the midnight oil to finish significant fab work on his bike to make the ride this morning. Here is version 2.0. I didn't hear a single shreaded testicle comment today.

Then Justin, his Buddy Tommy & I then ran Triumph fleet up the mountain. Tommy is still ironing out a few bugs out of his Triton (it has less than 100 miles on the clock) but the thing is simply really nice. These pictures don't do it justice. It's just built from the coolest collection of parts. The detail is pretty impressive.

As we arrived... Somethings you only see at C@D. Breeding and Co, general buffoonery on priceless motorcycles. I'd never seen a Vincent ridden of a curb before today.

Pretty healthy turnout too. You can't tell from this picture but they were parked 3 deep pretty much the length of the parking lot.

Ducati row. Ran into Norton Mike up there too.

Interesting car day too.

Austin Healey 100M. This car has made several appearances here. "Too Many Projects" Tommy is busy building a stroker 351W powered 100-6, a VL springered Triumph bobber & who knows what else. I couldn't get him to fess up to how many bikes he actually owns...

Triumph Trio.

Finally, my choice for coolest bike of the day. 250cc Parillia Racer. The guy that campaigns this (seated below) was super cool to talk to. I'm not too sure what this was running on but from the exhaust fumes I'm pretty confident it wasn't pump gas from Allsups.
