Frame number is on the left side plunger mount near the bottom (see yellow circle).
Normally the last group of digits should match in both numbers if the engine and frame are the same as the bike was born with (see example below).

Indian Serial Numbers
Engine number is on the left side near the base of the front cylinder.
Frame number is on the left side plunger mount near the bottom (see yellow circle).
