Warning: Rice Burner! Avert your eyes!

This picture isn't the greatest, but this bike was immaculate. A young kid had just completed the restoration. Said it was the first true "Superbike", and pretty rare and valuable. He wanted $15,000 for it. For that price, it had better be rare!

It was truly perfect in terms of restoration quality.

WR Replica

Now here's a "real" MC. Think anyone would notice it doesn't have any running lights?

Another One Bites the Dust

So the second guy I met in ABQ with a Triumph just sold his bike. Apparently this is actually the guy that bought it trying to resell it for a profit. Bummer.

FrankenTriumph

This one was just posted on JJ as recently completed. I like it! Love the big head light. Love the tan seat. Love the cocktail shakers and I'm normally not a fan of them at all. Stripes are cool. The black front fender is a genius way to obscure a front fender if you have to run one (like in Seattle).

Hatrz Bros. Bobber eBay

I was under the impression Triumph prices had really softened and this one sells for $12,500. Crazy.

OSET Trials

I've been eyeing something like a PW50 or a JR50 for Vaughn for a while now. He seems really excited about the idea except he is still really afraid of the sound of a motorcycle engine. I'm a little worried about him getting burned by the pipe or something and even the smallest bikes still weigh more than 100 pounds. I stumbled across OSET bikes today (someone has one for sale on CL in Puyallup). Pretty interesting little bikes IMO.

Rally Flyer

I thought this rally flyer was too cool. I was just applying the same traffic merging technique on my Triumph the other day.

Rio Puerco Bridge

Flathead45 recommended shooting some pics at the Rio Puerco Bridge. That could be cool.

Mountains

Syd took a few shots for me today. I promised Flathead45 a pic of me on the bike.

Triumph Boardtracker

Yeah yeah the pseudo board tracker thing is getting pretty tired but this one is still pretty cool. I wish I could find a better picture of it. Lately all the bike I really like are showing up in Japan or Europe. My taste is probably out of style or something.

Hip Hop Flats

Shamelessly lifted off the Saul T Nutz Racing Blog. I couldn't resist posting this actual photo of Lil Wayne on Wes's Bonneville bike.

45 Stats

I'm sure Flathead45 has heard this before but I hadn't.

I heard someone say enough WLAs were built that you you could have pushed one per minute out of an airplane for the duration of WWII. My history kung fu is kinda weak but I'd guess that's about 2,000,000. Did Harley really make that many or does that include all solos & servicars?

BSA Chop 1958... or is it?

Took this picture today at a car show, and messed up the exposure. I was trying to correct it, and started to think I could make it look like an old faded photo... so here it is. This was a 650, a lot like your Bonnie, with "lundified" Amals. Leaked a little oil.

Speed Twin Boozette

Lifted off the Wing Nuts. I love this photo! It totally reminds me of someone I know really well... I wonder if it could be Joey's grandmother. On second thought it kinda looks like Aunt Mary.

Sprite

*SIGH* my first car. The scars have almost healed...
There are pictures of me somewhere driving the same car at the same age. Wholly cow am I an old fart!
