Suzuki School of Motocross
I found this in an old box of keepsakes my Mom had. This is the physical slip required to attend the Official Suzuki School of Motocross in at the legendary Carlsbad GP track the summer after 8th grade. Dr Pinkerton (my pediatrician) was a great guy.
