Seatbelts?

It seems like the old seatbelts or no seatbelts argument has largely been replaced by the helmets or no helmets war. I remember hearing it a lot as a kid. If you apply the scientific method to your own seatbelts decision you might want to add this to your mental evidence file. You wouldn't want to misplace your shoe.
