This Enzo was in an impound lot in Dubai. I'm assuming the ashtray was full so the original owner discarded?

In actuality there seem to be mixed opinions among the automotive media. Some say the car was stolen. Others claim the original owner abandoned it while fleeing Dubai’s strict bankruptcy laws.
