Repo License Plates

I've wondered for quite some time why DMV/MVD's don't offer reproduction vintage license plates. Sure they have to deal with tons of designs that have to be made in minuscule lots but it seems like decent way to make a little additional money. Hell, I think they could outsource the plate manufacturing.

It seems California is now offering them. Cool. I hope other states follow suit.
