I have it on good authority that the lovely lass is actually actress Mary Murphy, otherwise known as "Kathie Bleeker"... And who is Kathie Bleeker, you ask? I'll give you a hint... She has a loser boyfriend named "Johnnie Strabler", a.k.a. Marlon Brando!
The backstory makes this picture so much more fun. Looks like Mary/Kathie got tired of putting up with Johnnie/Marlon's bad boy persona, and just kept the bike!!

I was looking at her face earlier and thought she might be the same actress.
